Booking

Up to 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee is required with the Signed Invoice & Initials on our Full T’s & C’s (Full T’s & C’s will be sent with Quotation).

Your booking will be confirmed via e-mail once we receive all documents.

Music Meetings

All our packages include a music meeting via Online Video Meeting.

We arrange Music Meetings in the Month before the wedding to make sure all the important music is in place before the wedding.

We only play the popular music and read the crowd accordingly. We ask for a list of 15 to 20 Dance floor songs with our final meeting. This list gives us an indication of what will keep you and your guests on the dance floor.

Music Editing

Please note we do not edit, cut, add etc any songs. The client will be responsible to provide us with the final important songs.

Artists Performing

Our sound desks and equipment caters for Event Vision and not for Live Entertainment. Please let us know if you have live entertainment booked. For Chapel & Reception we provide All technical equipment required by artists and will be for the clients account. Please send us their technical requirements for a quote.

Our DJ packages only cater for weddings where the ceremony and reception are on the same premises.

DJ Arrival Time

DJ’s can be expected to arrive +-2 to 3hours hours prior to the event start time to set up equipment.

Travelling & Accommodation

2024 Travelling is charged at R6.50 per km + toll fees and can be amended at anytime depending on the increases.

Please provide accommodation and breakfast the next day for your DJ if your wedding is more than 100 km away from our premises.

Certain venues and roads at night also requires accommodation for the safety of the DJ (This will be communicated accordingly).

Your DJ on your Event Day / Overtime

Please provide a meal & beverages for your DJ on the night of the wedding, as well as a trestle table and table cloth.

We require a minimum of 2x 15amp power points at the Reception (within 5m), 1x 15amp at Canapes (Within 5m) and 1x 15amp at the Chapel (within 5m).

Overtime (Past Midnight or Package hours). Please note the DJ will only take instructions from the Bride & Groom. Cash or EFT must be done on the night of the event. No overtime will be played if no payment is received by the DJ. Overtime fee – R1500 per hour (Full rates apply if full hour is not played).

We have a team of DJ’s and will determine the best DJ for your Wedding after we have finalised our music meeting.
